How much will it cost?

Costs vary from one property to another.

Examples of some of the matters effecting costs are:

          Size of property
          Condition of property
          Style and extent/quantity of furniture and accessories
          Period of time of usage of furniture and accessories
          Extent of pre - inspection attendances

I discuss with you at your "Property Styling Assessment" meeting the various factors affecting cost and I will work with you to determine the most cost effective outcome.

How long does it take to complete a house presentation ready for photo’s and inspections?

Time taken for each house presentation varies with the factors referred to in the Question “How much does it cost?”

In some circumstances it may take 1 full day in others it may take 4 – 5 days.

Can I purchase from you, any of the signature pieces and accessories that you use in presenting my home?

Certain special furniture and artefacts I just could not part with….but…Yes… some…may be available for purchase from me, “just ask”.

Where you do want that "something special" I am always happy to advise and to find for you.

Do you present and decorate homes even though they may not be for sale?

I am asked that a lot and… yes I do.

Everything from colours, fabrics, lighting, style of furniture and artefacts and positioning of furniture.

How important is positioning of furniture and artefacts?

Many people have beautiful furniture and artefacts but just do not understand the influence of positioning.

Positioning effects not just the way the way a particular item will be viewed but effects surrounding items and overall presence and flow through a room.

So… Yes… positioning is most important and that’s where I also come in… positioning furniture and artefacts to create flow, presence, space and effect.

How important are the property pre inspection checks that you attend?

The pre inspection service that I provide is to…

          ensure your home is presented at its very best at each inspection by potential purchasers.
          provide you with worry free property inspections... I open your home for each inspection and I close up at completion.
          assist your real estate agent and allow them to concentrate on the potential purchasers... and sale of your property...
          and not to have any worries or concerns as to presentation of your home.

So... very important, principally to provide you the peace of mind that your home is presented at its very best and to assist you to maximise the value of your property.
